Mustang Acres, Inc. operates on the grounds of MCC. Mustang Acres began as Mustang Acres Farm in 2021 when six sheep were gifted to the farm. It incorporated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit farm in 2022, and was renamed Mustang Acres, Inc. It is so named because the farm is on Mustang Court and acres is an old fashioned word for farm. Mustang Acres’ mission is to increase neurodiversity and access to agriculture, by providing opportunities for engagement, socialization and vocational skills training using farm based activities.
